Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Email us at ruttclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, simply return your item and place a new order.

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately and we'll make it right.
